My husband had to work in the area. We called all around for a campsite that had cable, wifi and good phone service. The only place we found that had all three was this campground. WHAT A BLESSING!!! John and Nance are wonderful people! Our site was perfect! If there was any issue, i.e. Wifi went out or direct tv dish went out, just call them and within 10 minutes it's fixed! Wifi worked great, direct tv with lots of channels and most importantly, great phone service. The pool was nice. Down the road 5-10 minutes is a beautiful beach and a water park. I'd like to give a shout out to Nick and Lisa (workers). They too are super nice people. It was just a wonderful atmosphere and I was very sad when the job was over and it was time to go!
My family has a camper located here year round and it is a great family environment.
Four Seasons is an awesome place to stay if you are in the Raystown area. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and nicer than any hotel I have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The other residents of the resort were also very friendly. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed staying here.
I should not even give this one star. We made a reservation for three weeks away. Unfortunately because of my husband's job we had to cancel. Which I did within 48 hours. Then I was told no refund because it's less then the amount of days needed for 80% of my refund. When I made reservations was told last cabin for that weekend, so it seems they would have got someone to use. Now I am out $334. I have contacted State Attorney and BBB. I even called surrounding businesses they said same thing. Should have got full refund. Was told they needed note from my husband command stating he could not get off. Which I will not do. Insane and we were looking forward to trip. We will never use and never refer. Customer satisfaction sucks.
Stayed in the apartment above the office. It was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful.
